As part of our transformation, we will be incorporating new technology to assist with identifying our members. 

Photographs along with the year of birth and postal codes will be taken and collected from each new and returning member when registering this year. Part of this information is being collected on behalf of the City of Toronto for COVID Tracing protocols. Your privacy is paramount and we can assure you that no data is distributed to, nor stored by any third party. In addition, we do not collect any personal details (e.g. date of birth, driver’s license or social insurance numbers or any banking information) that may compromise your identity.

You confirm that you have read how to Submit Payments to Membership@Bellburytennisclub.com, and will send a screenshot of the successful Etransfer confirmation to Membership@Bellburytennisclub.com along with the Names (AS SEEN ON THE REGISTRATION FORM) for which the payment applies
