Please keep in mind the following rules:
Please memorize your access code and do not share it with others. Remember, the club is for the use of members who have paid their membership fees.
Close the gate after entering and do not open it for anyone else. All club members have received their Access Codes.
You are allowed to bring in more than 3 guests at any time.
The guest fee is $8.00 for each guest.
Guests must follow club rules.
When a court monitor is on duty, he will collect the guest fees. In his/her absence, put the money in an envelope with your name and telephone number and drop it in the club mail box. A receipt will either be mailed or delivered to you in person at the club.
A member of the Executive Board will visit the club from time to time to ensure that only club members and their guests use the courts.
In the event that you need help with the access code, please call Khadiv at 647-297-2297.
Please note that Bellbury Tennis Club members will be responsible for collecting the fees from their guests.
Spectators and children are not allowed inside the court area during play.
Pets and bicycles are not allowed inside the main gate of the Club.
All members wishing to play on these courts must wear their shoe tags for identification purposes.
Members are allowed to bring up to 3 guests at one time for a fee of $8.00 per person. Club rules apply to the guests.
Public Hours are on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 – 2 p.m.
Organized Club activities such as tournaments, league games, and round robin held on courts 1, 2, and 3 take precedence over casual play.
Courts 4 and 5 are available for members on those occasions, providing the Club Professional is not teaching lessons on court 5.
The Club Professional takes priority on court 5 for lessons. If no lessons are being taught, members can play on it.
To reserve a court, members must sign the board, and remain on the premises before their allotted time.
Members are allowed to play fifteen (15) minutes prior to their reserved time, providing the court is free.
Members who take the time to dry a court after rain are allowed the use of that court for 90 minutes, instead of the regular 45 minutes.
Proper tennis attire and non-marking shoes are mandatory for play on the courts.
Paid tennis lessons are given on Club property only by the Club Professional.
Players on any court must not use more than three tennis balls.
